Huurggghhh...Ngantuknyerrrr

Here is my veri factual/beneficial post about sleeping habit/pattern/duration/etc...jangan lak baca ayat pertama dah angguk ye...Do we know kenapa kita selalu jer mengantuk esp pada time yang tak sepatutnya lah...

So how much sleep do we really need?!!
For sure I cannot give the right answer to the question posed. Juz from my reading and a lil info I had it solely depends on our life activities. If we sleep too much or too short it will give us no good actually…

Wat will happen if we are deprived of sleep? Well it will not only effect our physical but also mental. It impairs our ability to think, making decisions, handling stress and emotions apart of feeling dizzy and tiredness. Even increased the risk of getting diabetes and the heart problem…huhu sounds scary enuf

But for some people nowadays, including me (juz sometimes only maa) spend so much time on sleeping especially during weekends. Do we feel refreshed after a lonnng sleep? Nope rite…

Otherwise we feel more and more sleepy, sometimes headaches that last throughout d day, cannot focus on something or remembering things while we feel very slow in everything we do..it always happen to me especially after a long hours of sleep. 

Well sometimes we juz ignored it all as long as we get wat we wanted rite…
